Jack and his box.

Hi all!

Anyway, for all you dancers out there. Instead of "chiongin" non-stop 24/7.
I'm taking this time to talk about HEALTH.

Of course, our knees. The ones that hold up to 30kg and beyond. ;P
So remember to check this out. Gulcosamine.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glucosamine

There are quite a few brands out there, currently I'm taking the brand "Ocean Health".
Mustafa got sale. LOL.

And get those milk mustaches as well. Not ice cream.

Last but not least, I do have some posts, do check them out to. :P

And keep on dancing.

Most of us start out young so we can afford to ignore the protests our bodies are giving us.

As we grow older, recovery will not be as fast. Always always always do the warm ups and cool downs(often neglected) probably to ensure fatigue and lethargy the following day is at its lowest.

stay healthy

Hahaha You are not alone. Its only when the body started protesting did i realise the importance of cool downs.

For me and most of my friends, its always the hamstrings and the hips that get very tight after training. This result in extra work for the lower back to compensate in the long run.
